Jensen CS 315 RestoMod Speakers Pair
A Beast of a Speaker for Audiophiles that Like it Smooth, LOUD and BASSY!
Step aside puny little speakers that need subwoofers and still sound blah... Remember when 15” woofer loaded speakers were the ultimate in home audio? There's a reason for that! BIG SPEAKERS make BIG SOUND. Put these next to a pair of modern tower speakers, or even vintage 12's, 10's or 8's and you'll instantly remember why 15" systems rule. Chest slamming bass and low frequency extension that gives you audio nirvana, a 15" system just gets the job done.
Plain and simple, this is a beast of a speaker system. Form follows function and whether you just want full sound in your living room or want to entertain a block party, these beasts will not disappoint. You can own this custom pair of speakers that are hand built, filmed and documented on my WATT Speakers YouTube channel. The advertised price is reflective of the cost of the cabinets, parts and materials for the build, (see below for details), with a negligible markup of 25% margin for my labor.
The Jensen CS 315 RestoMod is more than bang for the buck, this is like crack for audiophiles. Built with passion, once you hear them and crank it up, all you'll be thinking is MORE POWER... They sound great with any receiver at any volume, but are high power speakers that can pump out serious SPL and excel with plenty of watts.
If you're into vintage speakers, you already know that finding a decent pair of 15" vintage speakers is tough and they're expensive when you do. So reimagine what a vintage 15" speaker system can be with modern drivers, and design philosophy that wasn't even thought of back in the day, and you'll start to get the idea. Are they BIG, yes. Does the sound justify the real estate they take up? ABSOULTELY! When you want the concert to come to you, the Jensen CS 315 RestoMod 15" 3 Way Bass Reflex System is the way to go.

Incredible. Well beyond my expectations for this RestoMod project. These are full range speakers with zero need for a subwoofer. Perfect for any kind of listening, this is a very well balanced speaker with a smooth, non fatiguing sound quality. From the lowest of lows to the highest of highs, this speaker absolutely delivers major bang for the buck. These monster 15 inch woofers in the front firing bass reflex cabinets provide room filling subsonic bass that you feel, while delivering the solid punch in the low bass and midbass region without ever losing musicality or transients.
This is a clean sounding speaker that isn't muddy, boomy or beamy. The midrange and tweeter provide a highly accurate and intelligible midrange and treble, making vocals, strings, piano, guitar and drums sound phenomenol.
